Nordic by BEWI is responsible for the processing of personal data collected from this website.

Information stored by Nordic by BEWI

Nordic by BEWI collects information from suppliers and customers, such as:

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Contact person (including name, telephone, and e-mail address)

The information is collected by agreement or e-mail from the sender, in addition to customer surveys with existing customers. In these cases, it is voluntary to provide information, but lack of information may lead to Nordic by BEWI being unable to provide access to products or services as desired.

Nordic by BEWI does not collect personal information such as birth dates and social security numbers from the website’s visitors.

How to delete information

Information is deleted on request by contacting Nordic by BEWI directly. Deletion requires that the claim is not in conflict with other legislation, such as the Archives Act or the Accounting Act.

Disclosure of information to third parties

The personal information is not shared with external third parties. Nordic by BEWI may use subcontractors to deliver computer programs for handling collected information. The subcontractors may also in certain cases process personal data on behalf of Nordic by BEWI.

Information through web analytics and cookies

Nordic by BEWI uses the analysis tool Google Analytics to analyze user behavior on this website.

Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files that the website stores on the user’s computer) to register the users’ IP address and provide information about the individual user’s movements online, such as how many people visit different pages, how long the visits last, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.

An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to specific hardware and thus to an individual. Nordic by BEWI uses Google Analytics’ tracking code, which anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Thus, the stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Information via social media

It is possible to comment on articles or post reviews of Nordic by BEWI on the company’s social media channels. Here, the name and profile of the sender will appear in public. This information will not be stored in our systems.


As a customer or supplier, you have the right to demand access to the kind of personal data we process, as well as the way these are processed. You are entitled to a response within a month after the claim has been made. The claim must be submitted in writing and signed. You may also demand correction, deletion, and restrictions in the processing of personal data in accordance with the regulations in force at any time. If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time.
